Welcome to Sidharth Service Hub. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Service Agreement
We provide digital services including E-commerce setup, Business Automation, and AI Analytics.
The scope of work will be defined at the start of the project based on the selected plan (Standard or Advance).
2.Payment Policy (Order Now, Pay Later)
Under our "Order Now, Pay Later" model, clients can place an order without upfront payment.
Once the service/website is completed or reaches the agreed milestone, the client is obligated to make the full payment via the provided QR Code or Payment Link.
Final project delivery (Login credentials, Domain transfer, etc.) will only be handed over after 100% payment confirmation.
3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary business information, logos, and product details required to complete the project on time.
Delays in providing information may lead to delays in project delivery.
4. Refund & Cancellation
Since we provide digital services, refunds are not applicable once the work has started.
If a client wishes to cancel an order after work has begun, a nominal labor fee may be charged for the hours spent.
5. Security & Privacy
We prioritize your data security. However, clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials once handed over.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sidharth Service Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services once the project is officially handed over to the client.
